This document serves as an official agreement between Ms. Rosalina Urquiza, 24046 97^th Ave

Maysville, IA, 52773 and Mr. Joshua Burkle, 24046 97^th Ave, Maysville, IA, 52773

regarding Mr. Burkle’s relocation from said premises – with his personal property – no later than September 30, 2016. Ms. Urquiza and Mr. Henzen have agreed that Ms. Urquiza will continue to reside at the rental property in question.

This letter of agreement represents the amicable split between said parties. As of September 30, 2016, any matter relating to Mr. Burkle’s relocation (including, but not limited to: the removal of his personal property) is closed.
